We're a small work-based team racing across the UK in British Cycling events, including the national series. At t43mvenerate, we focus on smart, budget-friendly ways to stay competitive while learning and improving as we go.

Workshop to Wheelhouse – The T43mVenerate Racing Progression
At Ixworth Criterium, we placed 16th out of 35 – not bad for a team that only started training in November 2024. It’s been a steep learning curve, going from scratch to racing through tight town centre circuits. With the right kit choices and a focus on aero gains, we’re quietly closing the gap, one race at a time.

T43mVenerate Takes the Lead in the MK Bowl Championship
With consistent top 10 finishes, we’ve gradually worked our way to the front of the MK Bowl Championship. It’s been a steady climb, and the small changes we’ve made to our equipment and setup each week have really started to pay off. We’re learning as we go, staying focused on progress, and quietly building momentum with each race.

Gaining Experience at the VIA Criterium: Progress Through Challenges
We raced the VIA Criterium and ran solidly in the top half of both races before crashes took us out. Despite the setbacks, it was a great chance to network, learn from top riders, and get a feel for the pace and pressure of bigger events. It’s all valuable experience that’s helping our rider grow and adapt to higher-level racing.

Holding Our Own at Redbourn: A Step Forward in Tough Company
At Redbourn Criterium, we placed 23rd in a tough Cat 2/3/4 field stacked with strong riders. While slightly out of our depth, managing to hold on with the main bunch for much of the race marks real progress. For a team still new to the sport, it’s another positive step in the right direction.
